Turn website traffic into leads
Getting visitors but no enquiries? B2B buyers research, compare and come back to your website many times before they get in touch. Our free Customer Journey Analysis shows where their interest fades and which three fixes to make first.

What is Customer Journey Analysis?
The long B2B customer journey
B2B buying decisions take weeks or months, and they are often made by a group. Buyers move back and forth between research, comparison and building trust – not down a straight funnel.
Customer Journey Analysis =
A commercial diagnosis of how well your website supports that journey. We compare your site’s content and real visitor behaviour with what buyers should be able to do on it.
Not a 40-metric report, but a clear diagnosis and no more than three prioritised actions.
Why a Customer Journey Analysis is worth doing
Find where demand leaks away
Your website may get plenty of traffic and your content may interest people, yet buyers still don’t get in touch. The analysis pinpoints the bottleneck.
- Where do buyers stop?
- Can you see buying intent before they contact you?
- Do potential buyers come back?

Decisions, not reports
You get no more than three prioritised actions, each with a named owner. No long wish list that never gets done.
- Clear priorities.
- Concrete fixes for your website.

Is your analytics data incomplete?
You can still get the analysis. We review your website through an expert’s eyes: can buyers find the information they need, are your case studies easy to find, and is it easy to get in touch? We’ll also tell you what is worth starting to measure.
How the analysis works
You tell us about your business
A short questionnaire, no technical questions.
We’ll ask about your website’s main purpose, the length of your sales cycle, and what counts as a valuable inquiry for you. We’ll also need read access to Google Analytics 4.
We map your customer journey
First, what should happen…
We identify the type of buyer journey your business has and what buyers need to find out at each stage: the problem, solutions, options, supporting reasons and the next step.
We analyse your website and data
…then, what actually happens.
We compare your website’s content and real visitor behaviour with the model. First, we check that the data can be trusted.
You get a diagnosis and three actions
We go through the results together.
Your Customer Journey Score (0–100), key findings and no more than three prioritised recommendations.
What the analysis covers
We assess your website in six areas and give it an overall score from 0 to 100.
Can you trust your data? We check that enquiries, forms and campaigns are measured correctly before we draw any conclusions.
Where does your digital demand come from? Channels, campaigns and landing pages – is your traffic coming from the right sources?
Do visitors find content that interests them? Which service pages, expert articles and case studies really engage them?
Are buyers moving towards consideration? Do visitors move on from research to your services, case studies and contact details?
Is commercial interest being recognised? Do signs of buying intent, such as viewing prices, downloading files or starting a form, show up before buyers get in touch?
Do potential buyers come back? How do returning visitors behave, and does your website offer them a next step?
What the results look like
Your free Customer Journey Analysis brings the results together: scores for six areas, key findings and three recommendations to start with.
Sample data
The website generates interest and return visits, but doesn’t yet do enough to guide buyers who are weighing their options towards getting in touch.
Improvement area = below 55% of the area’s maximum score.
Journey progression
Case studies are too far from service pages
Case study pages engage visitors, but few people reach them from service pages.
Recommendation
Add your most relevant case studies to your service pages.
Returning buyers
Returning visitors are the most commercially valuable
Returning visitors make proportionally more enquiries and take more commercial actions.
Recommendation
Give returning visitors a stronger next step.
Spotting buying intent
The only route on offer is ‘Contact us’
Buyers who are still weighing their options can’t find a next step that suits them.
Recommendation
Add steps in between: guide → assessment → demo → conversation.
Three findings, three recommendations, three owners.
Frequently asked questions
Customer Journey Analysis is a commercial diagnosis of how well your website takes B2B buyers from research to getting in touch. You get a score, findings and no more than three prioritised actions.
We don’t build a dashboard with dozens of metrics. We compare your website and data with how buyers should progress, and tell you what to fix first.
Just your answers to a short questionnaire about your business, and read access to Google Analytics 4. We won’t ask you technical analytics questions.
We are open about what the data can and can’t tell us. If something isn’t measured, it doesn’t mean buyers aren’t taking action – missing measurement is simply something to improve. If needed, we can assess your website without data.
No: the analysis is free and you are under no obligation. You get the score, findings and three recommendations to use as you see fit. You can act on them yourself or with us.
